ABOUT FRASER
After graduating from The London Hospital Medical School (MBBS) Fraser undertook basic surgical training in the UK, which included working in plastic surgery units in Exeter and Manchester.
On moving to Australia, Fraser completed 5 years of specialist plastic surgical training in Victoria, working within Plastic Surgical units including St Vincents, The Royal Melbourne, The Alfred, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, The Royal Children’s Hospital and University Hospital Geelong.
As a fellow of the Royal Australiasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and a Member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Fraser is a qualified Specialist Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon.
Plastic Surgery blends surgical science and the art of surgical skill, to restore and enhance form and function.
Considering or requiring plastic surgery can be daunting, whether for aesthetics, a functional issue, or for the management of cancer. Fraser understands the significance and provides optimal surgical care, which is considered and personalised.
From the initial consultation, while planning and performing surgery, and during follow up care, Fraser is meticulous and approachable.
Fraser’s private plastic surgery practice is diverse, with reconstructive, restorative, aesthetic and trauma surgery for the skin, the hand, the face, the breast and the body.
He holds a special interest in surgical management of all types of skin cancers in particular melanoma.

Fraser operates privately at Epworth Hospital, Geelong.
He also holds a public appointment at Barwon Health, University Geelong, and is the Director of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgical Unit at Barwon Health and surgical supervisor for trainee plastic surgeons at Barwon Health.
Fraser is actively involved in skin cancer and head and neck cancer multidisciplinary meetings, where cases are discussed with other surgeons, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists.
Fraser is dedicated to providing specialist plastic surgery services to adults and children of Geelong and South West regional Victoria.
Fraser grew up roaming the hills of Scotland, and now calls Geelong home.
He is a husband, a dad, a gardener, an adventurer, and a MasterChef in his own kitchen.
