Hand Fractures

Hand fractures are very common. They can be the result of falls, work accidents or playing sport. Management, both surgical and non-surgical, will be discussed at your consultation.

 

Surgery often involves insertion of metal plates and screws or pins to hold the fracture in position as it heals. Following hand surgery, hand therapy is frequently recommended. This can assist you to achieve optimal results, and maximize your recovery.
